The new schedule increases service from four daily trips to 20 daily trips, providing faculty, staff, students and visitors with more frequent, flexible transportation options while supporting UC Davis' commitment to sustainable commuting.

Under the expanded schedule, riders will have access to 10 daily arrivals and 10 daily departures throughout the day from the new drop-off/pick-up location at the Memorial Union. The enhanced service also adds a stop at the Dixon Park & Ride, making public transportation more accessible for commuters throughout the region.

Updated Route Options

The expanded Route 30D provides all-day service between the Vacaville Transportation Center, Dixon Park & Ride and the UC Davis Memorial Union, while Route 30S continues to serve commuters traveling between Vacaville and downtown Sacramento during peak commute hours.

Although direct service to Walnut Creek is ending, passengers can continue their trip by connecting to Amtrak in Vacaville for travel to Walnut Creek and other East Bay destinations.

Save on Your Commute

UC Davis employees can also save on their commute by enrolling in the Commuter Card Benefits Program, which allows eligible transit expenses to be paid with pre-tax dollars.
