Event Services
Transportation Services offers a comprehensive event parking program that manages vehicular, bike, and pedestrian access, provides parking convenience, and supports a positive experience at events on the Davis campus. Groups hosting events with over 50 people should reach out to our team for guidance on permit options, potential conflicts with other campus events or construction activity, and other important considerations to help ensure a smooth experience.
Services are also available for Departments who want to host permit costs for event parking at Aggie Square Garage, at Aggie Square in Sacramento.
Getting Started
To get started, an authorized department representative will need to request an AggiePark Departmental Events Account. When filling out the request form, you will be prompted to provide a primary events contact, a list of additional authorized department requestors, and a billing contact. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your request. Once approved, authorized requestors will be able to place orders for event services and issue Departmental Guest Parking (DGP) permits to guests and visitors for campus parking, and to request department hosted permits for event parking at Aggie Square Garage.
For questions or to add/remove authorized requestors after your account is set up, please email our team at [email protected].
