UC Davis and UC Davis Health Dual Campus Daily Permit
We offer a single daily payment option for those who need to park on both the UC Davis and UC Davis Health campuses. Students and employees can purchase one daily permit through an AggiePark app for same-day parking access at both locations.
Using AMP Park
- Search University of California, Shields Avenue, Davis or UC Davis Health
- Zoom out from the default map setting and click the icon in the top right corner of the app
- Select UCD Dual Campus A Zone or UCD Dual Campus C Zone
- Start your parking session and go
Using HONK
- Under "Find Your Spot", use the search "by Zone ID" to find the correct UCD Dual Campus Zones
- For UCD Dual Campus Zone A use: UCDDCA
- For UCD Dual Campus Zone C use: UCDDCC
- Start your parking session and go

UC Davis and UC Davis Health Dual Campus Monthly Permit
Overview
If you have an active monthly D permit issued by UC Davis Health (Sacramento), you may be eligible to claim a monthly UC Davis Dual Campus (UCDDC) Permit from UC Davis Transportation Services (Main Campus, Davis), which will grant you access to park on Main UC Davis campus (Davis) at no additional cost. Campus-issued UCDDC permits allow you to park in any Staff or Student/Visitor lot at UC Davis.
To qualify for a UCDDC:
- you must have an active monthly D Permit
- you are UCD or UCDMC staff/faculty
- your employment status is active, leave of absence, paid leave w/ benefits or short work break
- you must not live in UC Davis campus housing
How to Claim Your UCDDC Permit
- Ensure you have an active monthly D Permit
- Navigate to https://parking.ucdavis.edu
- Click the Login link at the top right of the page
- Select the “UC Davis SSO” option to log in with your Kerberos ID and passphrase
- Click “Permits” in the left-hand navigation pane
- Click the “Order Permits” button, then click the “Order Permits” button in the pop-up window
- Select the “UC Davis Dual Campus (UCDDC) ($0.00)” option
- Confirm the active dates and add/select vehicles to be associated with the permit
- Read and acknowledge the “Permission to Park Agreement”, then add the Permit to the cart
- Click “Checkout” to claim the permit
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to claim a UCDDC permit:
- Ensure that you are attempting to claim the permit at https://parking.ucdavis.edu and not https://ucdmc.aimsparking.com/
- Ensure that you have selected SSO login and are using your Kerberos ID and passphrase to log in
- Confirm that you have purchased a monthly D Permit that is currently active
- If you have recently purchased your monthly D permit, please allow up to 12 hours from the purchase date and time to claim your UCDDC permit

Causeway Connection, UCD Public Transit Campus Connection
The Causeway Connection offers transportation between Davis and the Sacramento campuses. UC Davis and UC Davis Health employees, undergraduate, graduate and exchange students with a valid Aggie ID Card or UC Davis Health ID are eligible to ride the shuttle service at no charge! More information and shuttle schedules may be found by visiting https://www.sacrt.com/apps/causewayconnection/. If you need to drive between campuses for departmental business and are unable to utilize the Causeway Connection it is recommended that you use a University vehicle.
UC Sister Campus Access
Students, Staff, and Faculty from other UC campuses will pay daily visitor rates for parking via AMP Park if you are visiting the campus. If you are Staff and Faculty from another UC and are working on the UCD campus you may contact our office ahead of time at [email protected] to be added to our affiliate rate list as an exception. You will need to provide documentation that shows you are assigned a work location at the UCD Campus along with the term of your appointment.
UC Students
Students from other UC campuses must pay for parking at each individual campus according to the policies in place for that campus.
