Office Information
HOLIDAY CLOSURE:
The Transportation Services office will be partially closed Dec. 15-Jan. 2, with full closures on the university holidays of Dec. 24-25, 31, and Jan. 1. During partial closure, the office will not be open for walk-in or scheduled appointments, and the Mobility Assistance Shuttle will not be in service. Staff will be monitoring email and have limited availability to respond for motorist assistance and bike program services as needed.
Paid permits are required Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-10 p.m., except for university holidays.
The following services will be available on a limited basis, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM, excluding University holidays:

Office Location
The Transportation Services office is located on N Dairy Road, just north of the Pavilion Parking Structure and southeast of the ARC. Our customer support team is located on the second floor.
