Expect Congestion as Fall Quarter Kicks Off

Fall quarter is almost here! Plan for increased traffic and parking congestion as students return to campus. Between September 17 and 27, several events and activities will impact key parking facilities and surrounding areas.
Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:
- Sept. 17 - 19: Residence Halls Moove-In will impact Lot 25, Lot 47, Pavilion Parking Structure, and surrounding areas.
- Sept. 17, 18, 20: Transfer Orientation will impact Quad and Pavilion Parking Structures.
- Sept. 20 - 22: First Year Orientation will impact Quad and Pavilion Parking Structures.
- Sept. 25 -27: Fall instruction begins, expect traffic and parking congestion across campus (view live parking tracker here).
- Pavilion Parking Structure: Parking available levels 1-4, levels 5-6 closed, expect traffic and congestion. Consider parking in other campus facilities:
- Gateway Parking Structure (students, employees, visitors)
- Lot 41 (employees only until 5 p.m.)
