Segundo Infill Housing Project
Closure of Lots 16 & 22
Effective February 1, parking lots 16 and 22 will close to make way for the Segundo Infill Housing Project. This critical project supports our campus’s commitment to providing more on-campus student housing.
This new residence hall, located between Primero Grove and the Regan complex, will provide housing for 400-600 students and feature innovative spaces designed to support students accessing virtual mental health and counseling services. Alternate Parking Options
We recognize the impacts of closing these lots and ask you to please consider these alternate parking facilities in the area:
- Lot 14 – Designated for employees only until 5 p.m.
- Lot 25 – Open to students, employees, visitors.
- Quad Structure – Open to students, employees, visitors.
Some limited parking is expected to be restored in Lot 16 upon the project's completion in 2027, though specific details are still being finalized as part of the project design process. We appreciate the community’s flexibility and patience as we undertake this important housing project.
